Two Heading Tag Issue

Hope you are doing great.

We noticed that the existing page 'Title' tags used on the website Talosintelligence.com are not correctly updated. Currently, all the pages are having 2 title tags on them, which is not a recommended practice. A webpage should have only one title tag on it.

For example: The homepage:  https://www.talosintelligence.com/ currently has 2 titles as mentioned below:

Title1:  "Cisco Talos"
Title2: "Talos Intelligence: Latest Cyber Security Threat Intelligence Services"

* Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

Recommended Solution:
Please keep only the first title tag ('Title 1' as shown in screenshot), but replace its contents with those under 'Title 2'.

For example, the title for home page should be:

<title>Talos Intelligence: Latest Cyber Security Threat Intelligence Services</title>

Please implement this change to all the inner pages of the website as well.
