Pending Website Fixe

Hi xyz,

While analyzing the AzuraVascularCare website, we found several pending issues which we sent earlier in different threads. For your convenience, we are merging all of them in a single thread here:

1) HTML Sitemap Structure Issue - We found some URLs listed in the Sitemap of the website that are unnecessary & doesn't give much value for users. Below are some of those pages:

1) https://www.azuravascularcare.com/meet-our-team/
2) https://www.azuravascularcare.com/blank-template-page/
3) https://www.azuravascularcare.com/review-station-kiosk-set-up-video/
4) https://www.azuravascularcare.com/request-an-appointment/thank-you/
5) https://www.azuravascularcare.com/fellowship-inquiry-thank-you/
6) https://www.azuravascularcare.com/contact/thank-you/

Apart from these pages, we also noticed that currently the HTML Sitemap is not structured properly thus not giving much value to the users. Here we recommend either to improve the sitemap structure or remove completely from the website.

2) URLs having too much text within title tags - We found a total of '9 URLs having too much text within title tag' under 'Site Audit' section in the SEMrush account. These URLs are mainly part of the news section and blog topics creating long titles. So, we have extracted out the list of the URLs in a spreadsheet (More Too Much Text Within Title Tags-AzuraVascularCare.xlsx) and added their recommended title tags.

3) Missing Meta Descriptions - Found total of '30 URLs with missing descriptions' on the website. Please find the attached spreadsheet (Url with Missing Description - AzuraVascularCare.xlsx) with recommended descriptions.

4) More Broken Links - We noticed that all the sent broken links were fixed only 'one' left that seek your attention. Please find the attached spreadsheet (More Broken Links-AzuraVascularCare.xlsx) with recommended action.

5) Duplicate Meta Description & Low text-HTML Ratio -  We found a total of '7 URLs having duplicate meta description'. Apart from duplicate meta description issue, we also noticed that these URLs were mainly of physicians having no content on their webpages. Here we highly suggest to update the content on these webpages in order to boost their SEO value. Once content is updated on these pages, we will share the recommended meta descriptions.

Apart from this list, we found many other physician pages under the warning "Low text-HTML Ratio" with very less content on them, leading to this low text ratio over HTML.

Please refer to the attached excel file (Pages with Content Issue.xlsx) for reference, consisting of 2 tabs named 'Physician Pages with no Content' & 'Low Text issue'.

The sheet includes the list of all those physicians URL having very less content which need more informational content and biography detail of the concerned physician. The ideal page for the physicians should be like Zachary Rattner having proper biography with specialty and education details.

Please review the listed issues as well as the attachments and let us know if we should proceed with updating them on the website.

Thank You,
Team TIS

Hi Keven

Please find the combined email for Andrew below:

Hi Andrew,

While analyzing the JLA website we found several issues which we  sent earlier in different threads but now for your convenience, we are merging all of them in a single thread here:

1) Broken links - We found several broken links (links pointing towards a '404 not-found' page) existing on the website that seek your attention. We have consolidated all of them into an excel sheet (JLA.co.uk Broken Links Recommendation.xlsx) along-with the recommended action required.

2) Not Found Artist Pages - The pages for Artists who are no longer associated with 'JLA' are being removed from the website and hence if a user lands on these URLs via search or any link from another website, they go directly to a '404 Not-Found' page. This affects the user-experience and SEO at the same time.

We recommend that instead of removing a speaker/artist page from the website (who is no longer associated with JLA), a message should be displayed on the same page, like:

"The speaker you are looking for is currently unavailable, but you can find some similar industry experts below"

And there a few related speakers/artist can be shown who are available.
Through this, we can divert the users to explore another artists present on the website avoiding any loss.

Please find our detailed recommendation for this issue in the attached excel sheet (Artist Pages.xlsx).

3) Pages with 'Noindex' Tag - We found two URLs on the website with 'noindex' tag in their HTML source code (please refer the attached screenshot - noindex issue.png) which prevents them from being indexed and displayed in the search engines. Below are those two mentioned URLs-

1) https://www.jla.co.uk/performers/simply-red
2) https://www.jla.co.uk/conference-speakers/justin-cooke

We highly recommend removing the 'noindex' tag in order to allow these pages to be indexed by search engines.

4) Robots.txt - Currently the website is not having a proper robots.txt file. Please replace the current robots.txt file with the one attached herein.

We believe that the above-mentioned issues should be fixed asap to avoid any adverse effect on the website's SEO.

Please review and feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thank You,
Keven
