While analyzing the GSC account, we found some links to directory listing pages under the "Mobility Issues" reports.
Here are those URLs:

https://www.jla.co.uk/wp-content/themes/jla/images/people/
As such directory listing pages do not contain any useful/informative content so they should not be accessible to users or search engines. Ideally, these pages should return a "403 - Forbidden" HTTP status when opened. So, please ask your developer to make the necessary changes here. This way we will be able to eliminate the related issues from GSC account as well.
