Recommendations to Increase Reviews on GMB Listings of Sabtech.com.sa

As per our discussion in the last meeting, here are some suggestions from our side to increase positive reviews on Sabtech's GMB listings:

To get started, we would need a direct link that the customers can click to directly reach the 'Write a Review' section of a GMB listing. For this, firstly we would need to claim the 'profile short name' for each of the Sabtech's GMB listings, as per the steps provided here -

Here is some more information on 'Profile Short Name':

You can create a profile short name, or a custom name, for your GMB listing to make it easier for customers to find you. When you share your short name, customers can enter the short name URL in the browser’s address bar, like “g.page/[yourcustomname],” to go directly to your Business Profile. Furthermore, all businesses who have claimed their short name in Google My Business can have a shareable short URL (like, https://g.page/[yourcustomname]/review) which can be used for directing customers to leave reviews.


We noticed that in some of the Sabtech GMB listings profile short names have not been claimed yet. So, we would recommend claiming them and also use the short link for sharing with customers & request them to leave their reviews on the Google listing.
Please review and suggest if Sabtech team would like to set the profile short names as per their preference or should we set-up these at our discretion.

After claiming the 'Profile Short Name', we would have a direct link that can be shared directly by the Sabtech team with customers to encourage feedback from their end.

Here are some ways Sabtech team can ask the customers for their reviews/feedback:


1) Emails: Asking for reviews via email is very effective. Customers can be highly responsive, especially if the review request is made shortly after a client has bought our products or used our services.

Below is a sample email template that can be used by Sabtech's team to encourage clients for a review:

2) Face-to-Face Conversation: It is one of the most effective method that can be used to ask for a review while interacting with clients. Some examples below:

"I’m so glad to hear how happy you are with our business. Hey, if you wanted to leave that in a Google review, you’d help a lot more people like yourself to find us.”

OR

“I’m so happy we could help you. If you wouldn’t mind sharing a sentence or two in a Google review, that would help us a ton.”

You can then educate the customers to search for Sabtech on Google and leave a review there. Or, you can share the direct link to reviews page (as discussed above) with them on their mobile (WhatsApp / SMS) or on their email address.


3) Add the Google Review Link to the Website:

On relevant pages of the website, a button or an anchor text (linked to the GMB review form) can be added. This might be on the contact page, product pages, or purchase confirmation pages.
